Clothing Organizer- Part Time

The Cesta is a boutique, in-home laundry service provider. We provide hamper to drawer service. We offer customized laundering services and solutions inside customers' homes. We are on a mission to truly eliminate the stress of household laundry and save our customers' time.

We are looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable Clothing Organizer to join our team. The Organizer must maintain a professional image, uphold integrity, thrive by serving others, and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Quality, efficiency, and effectiveness are the core performance measures we use and apply to our daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for organizing dresser drawers, and closets.
• Will be responsible for folding, hanging, clothing/linen, and making sure everything looks uniformed
• The organizer will need to be punctual and reliable
• Feel comfortable working inside clients home, and respect clients privacy
• Perform laundry activities within well-established guidelines to ensure that quality standards, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity at all times
• Ability to drive, stand, walk, bend, carry, fold and lift items of moderate weight

Requirements:

• Must be willing to commute to different residential sites
• Must be willing to work during the day time hours
• Must have a willingness to help others
• Must be knowledgeable of organizing
• Must have strong attention to detail skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a vehicle and valid driver license
• Must be willing to be an Independent Contractor
• Must have exceptional customer service and be a team player, be professional and courteous.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Preferred Experience in retail, hospitality, and or being a laundry attendant is a PLUS!
• Must live in the Cypress area
• Preferred high school diploma/ GED or better
