This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment and security of all employees and (ii) Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality. Education requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Experience requirements include: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Administrator I, Distribution Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety, company, and 6S standards in the distribution center to ensure clean and safe working environment and security of all employees
- Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
- Respond to all customer service and supplier requests, including via phone, email, and IM
- Meet and greet all will call customers and ensures their orders are completed expeditiously
- Ensure all logs including driver, visitor, and, customer are completed and filed according to policy
- Audit and files all BOL’s in accordance with regulatory agency and company policies
- Ensure all inspections sheets including forklift and quality are completed and filed per company and regulatory policy
- Document inbound schedule and ensures regulatory and compliance logs are completed and filed per policy
- Schedule all inbound and outbound shipments
- Enter all invoices into SAP and completes AP process at the Distribution Center level
- Monitor supplies and reorganizing program (Kanban)
- This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
- Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Administrator I, Distribution Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Forklift Certification; White Belt Certification; WM familiarity
