Key Job Responsibilities Include:
- Perform building painting such as on remodel of apartments and houses
- Perform patching, taping, and finishing of drywall
- Perform various other maintenance tasks as assigned
Hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Overtime may be required as needed.
Minimum qualification of 3 years of related experience preferred. Must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Before appointment, applicant must be able to successfully complete background check.
