Location: Mount Kisco, NY
Salary: $72-85k

Looking for a creative and dynamic Chef de Cuisine to join an amazing culinary team to help ensure that all day to day kitchen operations are running smoothly, for a high volume, full service restaurant and music venue.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct all culinary activities in the kitchen, HANDS ON CDC
- train, mentor and manage all kitchen staff, develop and implement new menu items based on seasonal and regional ingredients
- monitor food inventor and order supplies as needed, monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Ability to work late nights( till 3am)
Qualifications:
- 5 years of culinary experience preferred
- proven experience as a CDC or a similar role, thorough knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment
- excellent organizational and leadership skills- able to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
