Weekday Dishwasher

The Chef's Hut is a local, breakfast and lunch restaurant, that has been in business in Boise since 1974. We are currently seeking to hire a dishwasher/busser. We are looking for a person who would like to stay for awhile. Our turnover is very low, and we are looking for someone who will stay with us for a while. We have a very loyal clientele as well as a growing customer base and we're looking for someone to grow with us!

Details for DISHWASHER position:

Our dishwasher is responsible for a variety of important restaurant tasks which include, but are not limited to, dishwashing, mopping, and bussing tables.

We are looking for someone who can work 8:00am-3:00pm Monday through Thursday. This amounts to ~28 hours a week. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

The starting wage is competitive and could vary depending on experience. This could be a great entry level position to get familiar with a restaurant setting as well as for someone that is experienced in restaurant kitchens. This could also be a great job for a retiree looking to supplement their income, for someone just getting into the workforce, or for someone with looking to work during school hours.

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
- Positive attitude and ability to get along with a variety of people (you will be interacting with customers)
- Listens to directions and can complete the task as instructed
- Able to spend long hours on your feet
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work

No experience is required for this position and there is some flexibility in the schedule.
