Essential Job Functions:
- Manually update patron “Banned List’ by assigning exclusion codes for each patron in the Casino Management System. Establish and maintain file for patrons to be removed from banned gaming list.

Sort and update customer data base for all return postage office (RPO) mailings in the Casino Management System. Enter customer information correctly into data base using excel spreadsheet transferred from the Casino management System and reference various web sites to search for correct address.

Assist Promotions, Player Development, and Corporate Accounts by reviewing upcoming monthly events and mailing event information to customers in our Casino Management System.
- Run End of Year Win/Loss Statements for customers from the Casino Management System upon customer’s request, and give to Player’s Analysis Supervisor for review prior to being mailed to customer.
- Update and clean up existing customer data base information, by deleting duplicate records and fixing any typo errors.
- Create group mailings by adding, changing, assign patrons to groups, and run/process report on groups in the Casino Management System.
- Assist promotional staff in extracting and reviewing special data base corrections dealing with “Player’s Club card anomalies.

Shred any paperwork that contains customer personal information (SSN, private addresses, telephone number, and credit information) to maintain the highest confidentiality for all patrons on mailing list.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:

High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of customer and departmental records to ensure customer privacy and integrity of promotional and facility information.

Must be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, and policies.
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, casino based facility software and be able to type 25 WPM.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Training and Experience:

Six months (6) of data entry experience
Licenses/Certifications/Other:
-
Be able to pass a background check and receive a gaming license from the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.

Complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.

Completion of Title 31 training
Physical Requirements:

Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods of time in order to properly perform the assigned job duties.
Work Environment:
The work environment is primarily in an office setting. Work environment requires the ability to work in a confined/open office environment, ability to maintain a professional tone and volume, as well as the ability to be able to sit at a desk/computer for an extended amount of time and look at computer monitors during the full duration of the employees’ shift. May require patron interaction with the ability to communicate effectively in order to understand and meet the needs of our guest, as well as all levels of employees. Must be able to work in an environment where second hand smoke may be present and exposure to loud music/flashing lights.
