The Barber will be responsible for cutting, styling, and grooming men's hair, as well as providing a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Sanitize all equipment and tools after each use to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Provide a wide range of barbering services, including cuts, shaves, designs and styling, to meet the needs of our diverse clientele.
- Utilize advanced hair styling techniques to create unique and personalized looks for our clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and mentoring new clients to ensure they feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting and collaborating with our other barbers.
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado Barber license, insurance and a strong foundation in barbering techniques and theory.
- Proven experience in a retail sales environment, with a focus on customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- A commitment to ongoing education and training, with a passion for staying current with the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
- A clean and professional work environment, with a focus on sanitation and customer safety.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
