What are the responsibilities and job description for the Municipal Clerk position at The City of Estell Manor?
The City of Estell Manor, Atlantic County is seeking a part time (3 to 4 days) Municipal Clerk. Candidates must possess a Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) certification with a minimum of 3 years Municipal Clerk/Deputy Clerk/combined experience. Duties include but not limited to: chief admin. Officer for election activities, preparation of agendas, minutes, resolutions, maintaining municipal E-code book, issuance of licensing, custodian of records, and city website maintenance. Applicants must also have complete knowledge of processing OPRA requests and all duties that are required by state statutes and municipal ordinances. Must attend all City Council meetings. Successful candidates must have superior customer service experience, excellent oral, and written communication skills. Salary commensurate with experience. The city reserves the right to interview and hire prior to the deadline.
