Manages operations for the Library's Borrower Services area with responsibility for coordinating all activity pertaining to the circulation of the library collection. Upholds circulation policies in accordance with local, county, and state guidelines and ensures the provision of a high standard of library service to patrons. Provides a positive customer experience that exceeds expectations. Hires, coaches, and evaluates team members in the Library’s Borrower Services area. The position reports to the Library Director or Assistant Library Director.
