Job Summary
Working as the Business Office Director you are responsible for overseeing the general administration of the human resource and accounting control systems, functions, and procedures for the community.
Knowledge and Skills
· Knowledge of office management including AP/AR and general employment laws.
· Excellent time management and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
· Ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the general public.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Reasoning skills that include the ability to understand issues and process information for the purpose of giving and receiving feedback and instructions.
- Proficient in MC office
Qualifications:
- Three years working in business office or administrative role
- BS in business administration or Human resource- preferred
- Proven leadership and management skills
