Job Title: Assistant Food and Beverage Director
Reports To: Food and Beverage Director

Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the ball room, cabana. And bogeys restaurant spaces and assist the Food and Beverage Director and Event Coordinator with all club events.
Typical Functions
· Ensure effective and approved service training is conducted with all service staff
· Assist in the marketing of the Member Events and promoting member attendance.
· Ensure that an appropriate reservation system is in place
· Assist in maintaining appropriate records, i.e. cover counts, post event information within recap sheets etc.
Specific Duties
· MOD shifts to include opening and closing shifts
· Effectively and completely locking the facility once all staffers have exited the facility
· Oversee all safety and sanitation issues within the Kitchen and Dining Room.
· Provide Profit and Loss information to the Food and Beverage Director.
· Complete all appropriate inventories, i.e. food, beverage, china, glass and silver, etc.
· Monitor reservations for all dining and member special events through club receptionist.
· Coordinate table assignments to member’s satisfaction for dining and/or special events.
· Attend weekly BEO Meetings
· Daily coaching, training, assisting with FOH execution including but not limited to servers, bartenders, food runners, bussers, hosts, and server assistants.
· Schedule all FOH staff.
· Annual and seasonal training of all FOH Staff. To include but not limited to Liquor, beer, food, and wine. Table service, banquet set-up, etc.
· Assist Executive Chef with FOH training of new menu roll outs.
· Oversee ordering of Liquor, beer, wine, and Non-Alcoholic beverages with Lead Bartender
· Complete weekly orders of all paper goods and chemicals for FOH and BOH
· Have a working knowledge of Northstar. Be able to add menus and run repots. Be able to work with the Northstar help desk to troubleshoot and solve onsite computer issues.
