What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recreation Host - Makai Pool position at The Club at Kukui'ula?
The Pool Recreation Host position is usually the first point of contact for members & guests upon arrival to the Makai Pool area, and as such must be charismatic and welcoming while handing out towels. The Makai Pool Recreation Host will be responsible for setting up and taking down the Makai Pool area daily (maintaining beach areas & umbrellas, staging lounge chairs, towel service, etc.) and should be dynamic enough to support various other club programming and activities as needed.
Candidates for the position should have adequate level of physical fitness to handle the rigors of the role, which is primarily outside and can be fast paced at times. Candidates should also be both team and service oriented, as they are front line employees with members & guests and will need to work closely with multiple departments in order to fulfill daily duties.
