Retail Sales Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and satisfactorily.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.

Skills:

- Strong technical sales skills with experience in selling fashion clothing and jewelry preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English to effectively interact with customers.
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-organized sales floor.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
