Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality, sports, or entertainment management.
- At least 3 years as an Assistant or General Manager in a high-volume setting.
- No degree required, but relevant experience is essential.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and nights as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise personnel in front-of-house operations to ensure high levels of guest service.
- Train, coach, and develop team members.
- Uphold high standards of operational excellence, focusing on safety and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the head chef to ensure cohesive operations between front and back-of-house.
- Help manage and maintain proper inventory within front-of-house operations.
