What are the responsibilities and job description for the Box Delivery Driver position at The Coeur d'Alene Window Company?
Job Duties include:
- Operate 26’ Box Delivery Vehicle
- Perform truck inspection
- Read paperwork
- Make sure loads are secure before deliveries
- Follow oral and written instructions
- Work effectively with other team members
- Prepare and submit delivery documents
- Work various positions as directed
- Work on continuous improvement
- Perform operator preventative maintenance
- Repetitive work environment
- Frequent Heavy lifting 50-100 lbs
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates must have a clean driving record
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations
- Ability to safely lift heavy material throughout the day
- Will be required to work in other area of operations
- Some Overtime and flexible schedules do occur
- Forklift certification a plus.
- Overnights required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical agility test
