Innovative interior design firm specializing in creating stunning and functional spaces. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Design Renderer to join our team on a contract basis. This role will involve working onsite at our Woodland Hills, CA office to support our design team in bringing our concepts to life through high-quality 3D renderings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with interior designers and architects to understand project requirements and design concepts.
• Create detailed and photorealistic 3D renderings of interior spaces, including residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Utilize design software (such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, V-Ray, etc.) to produce high-quality renderings.
• Modify and refine renderings based on feedback from the design team to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.
• Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure all renderings adhere to company standards and project specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 3D Renderer, Visualizer, or similar role in the interior design industry.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, and V-Ray.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing previous 3D rendering work, particularly in interior design.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
