Summary: The Compliance Coordinator works under supervision of the Compliance Manager. This role is responsible for the execution of operational and departmental compliance reviews. Job Responsibilities
- Coordinates compliance activities designed to assist management in attainment oforganizational objectives
- Assists in development of a strategy for efficient and effective completion of projects,recommendation of program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules and regulations
- Recognizes potential operational risks of non-compliance and makes appropriaterecommendations based on documentation and relevant facts.
- Plans, organizes, directs and/or conducts compliance reviews.
- Maintains compliance records
- Assists in preparing for upcoming audits by scheduling and conducting compliancereviews of policies, regulations, rules and procedures
- Coordinates and assists with records, reports, initiatives and communications
- Compile data to produce comprehensive reports.
- Serves as liaison to employees and management
- Local travel is required
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree•Minimum three years of related experience•NYS Driver’s License Required•An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered•Strong organizational skills, time management skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and sense of teamwork valued.•Excellent written and oral communication skills•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite•Attention to detail
Salary: $48,610 - $65,686
