WAGE RANGE*: 65.00-70.00 PER HOUR

- Cost reduction project leadership experience in a related environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural suppliers on technical and logistics issues
JOB DESCRIPTION
Carries out Procurement processes, standards, and operational plans, including RFPs, cost analysis, execute end-to-end negotiation process.
Compiles price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
Prepares and manages sourcing events (RFx) and bid packages as needed.
Evaluate and select vendors based on capability, quality, reliability, and price competitiveness.
Partner with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy.
Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree required with 8 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Cost reduction project leadership experience in a related environment preferred
- Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural suppliers on technical and logistics issues
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and superior follow-up and follow-through skills
- Team player and influencing skills required to establish and sustain a lean culture
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast moving and unstructured environment
- Experience in Indirect Procurement, preferably with experience sourcing in the categories of: IT Services, Information Technology and Telecom subcategories
