JOB DESCRIPTION
Requesting two MCS / OT support technicians for ongoing on-site support with the following scope :
Design and build operating system images specific to Procter & Gamble's Alexandria plant operations adhering to the latest Security policies, standards, and practices.
Deploy, maintain, and update images as needed and adhering to the latest Security policies, standards, and practices.
Onsite support for Wonderware, Rockwell, and various OT Applications and Software
Patching images to ensure latest security updates are applied - Using P&G supported solutions
Verify and monitor all OT hardware with compute capability has P&G corporate intrusion prevention, intrusion detection, and monitoring
Provide technical support for manufacturing control systems servers, networks, and PCs
Break / Fix / maintain - Hardware & Software for operating technology and direct PC&IS controls-related equipment.
Operational Technology software registry creation and maintenance, in compliance with P&G policies and standards.
Support all Installations / Removals / Replacements / Warranties
Security- Secure Desktop, Registry Lockdowns, Group Policy Restrictions
Maintaining And Developing Custom Problem Solutions- Time Sync, Browsing, Screen Capture Error Reporting, Batch Programming
Developing and maintaining written procedures / standards such as SOPs and OPLs for both CCOR and P&G users, in compliance with P&G security policies
Maintain, Support P&G's Virtual Production Environment
Support for Client C7000 Blade Systems, 3PAR Fiber Channel Storage Arrays, and Network Attached Storage for archiving
Technician will be onsite M-F business hours, on call 24x7 for MCS
Maintain OT applications to stay up to date on all new settings / features release in future versions
Building custom ThinManager / RDS Servers designed to be compatible with custom P&G software / solutions
Building custom profiles for iPad for OT mobility to P&G requested layout
Setting up and configuring location fencing for dept & line specific content
Building custom profiles for 10ZIG thin clients. Includes configuring quad screen and relevance functions cloning, shadowing, transferring.
Building location fencing with Bluetooth beacons. Includes installing, calibrating, programming of beacons to work with ThinManager.
Setting up user groups / security to meet PG requirements
Altering OT iPad profiles to replace failed devices
Support for revoking RDS CALs as devices fail and are replaced
Support for adding CALs and device count grows
Maintaining And Developing Custom Problem Solutions and any future R&D / testing needed to support ongoing operations
All Server, workstation, OS, & Application upgrades necessary to stay at latest version so site can take advantage of newly developed features / Improvements using the ALICS infrastructure and ticketing procedures / approvals
Maintain the site IT / OT hardware asset registry in compliance with all P&G policies, standards, and best practices for site locally-managed devices.
Maintain the site OT software asset registry in compliance with all P&G policies, standards, and best practices
Provide Site P&G resources daily reports for asset management.
Administer site Lansweeper server, reports, scanning targets, and system compliance.
Administer ITC Workflow tool to meet P&G standards
Submit access requests for resources in itAccess and / or ITC Workflow tool with justified business reasons.
Deploy and maintain the BigFix client to all capable systems.
Join and maintain all computing systems domain registration to approved P&G domain.
Site resource for Local Read-Only Domain controller (CIS domain) instance.
For Interstates-supported solutions, enter and track all support tickets
Participation in Site disaster recovery exercises, application continuity planning, and cyber security activities limited to systems supported within this statement of work
Provide (at minimum) monthly timesheets of the hours in which services for this statement of work are performed

While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to : job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
