Qualified candidates should be able to:
· Valid Driver’s License and your own transportation.
· Ability to push minimum of 100 pounds [power cleaning appliances]; ability to lift minimum of 50 pounds [trash and supplies]
· Ability to carry 50 pounds up 4 flights of stairs.
· Ability to climb a ladder and a step ladder.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Hours:
35 hours a week
Monday-Friday 5 AM – 12 PM
