The Greater Dayton School, a first-of-its-kind private school for under-resourced students, will open fall 2022. We’re building a revolutionary school model and we’re looking for a special individual to help us make the vision a reality.

Qualified candidates…
- Have a successful history assessing family social service needs, connecting families to social services, and coordinating completion of social service programs.
- Have planning and coordinated family fun events for groups of 40 adults and children.
- Demonstrate ability to interact with kids (age 4-13), families, and school staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
The main office administrative assistant will do the following:
- Assist families as they complete social service assessments.
- Connecting families to social service programs based on individual needs.
- Ensure families participate in social service programs.
- Hold families accountable for social service program participation.
- Maintain family social service needs and participate data.
- Plan and coordinate family fun events and family volunteer events at the school.
Compensation Details:
- Hours - 8:00am-5pm, 11 month employee
- Pay - $45,000-$60,000
- Benefits - Health/vision/dental/life insurance for individual family with 0% deductions, 401K retirement, personal/sick days, 2 months of paid vacation holidays, relocation assistance, and childcare assistance stipends
