Qualified candidates will:

• Be a financial partner to the CEO and Founder.
• Hold people accountable both within and outside departments that you oversee.
• Demonstrate hands-on leadership while managing, overseeing, and executing team functions.
• Lead our financial reporting, treasury-banking, cash management, expense control, investor distributions/reporting, and accounting processes.
• Oversee the annual audit and tax preparation, including tax strategies.
