Visual Manager

Overview

A Visual Manager is part of the management team which includes a General Manager, a Training Manager and an Operations Manager.

All Managers are involved in:

• Leading people to provide exceptional customer service.

• Communicating effectively with staff, Management Team, and customers.

Responsibilities

A Visual Manager is also responsible for:

• The overall success and achievement of the store’s visual standards, ongoing visual maintenance, merchandise processing and campaign set-ups.  
• Leading the merchandising effort to achieve perfect product presentation in our store appearance, including campaign set ups, maintenance, merchandise processing, signs and props.

• You understand retail is an ever-changing industry and you possess strong time management and organizational skills to lead your store team to achieve excellent results.
