is seeking a skilled Service Tech to join our team. This role primarily focuses on providing top-notch HVAC service to our customers, with a secondary emphasis on identifying sales opportunities.

The position offers commission-based earnings with the potential to make $150,000 annually, and opportunities for career advancement into roles such as Service Manager or Install Manager.

We offer a wide range of HVAC services including installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Our team is trained to work on all major brands of equipment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Service Excellence : Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems with precision and accuracy.

• Customer Education : Inform customers about the benefits of upgrading or replacing aging or inefficient HVAC systems.-Record Maintenance : Keep detailed records of service activities, including invoices, timecards, and service reports.
• Job Site Management : Ensure a clean and organized job site and maintain a well-stocked service vehicle for efficient service delivery.
• Effective Communication : Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to address concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales Promotion : Promote products and services to customers, generating leads for replacement products as a secondary role.
• Sales Efficiency : Create estimates, review contracts, and close sales in the home efficiently with a strong focus on high-level customer service.
• Customer Satisfaction : Make our customers' days better at each contact point.The ideal candidate should possess : -Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Skilled in starting up and balancing airflow, aligning belts and pulleys, and installing basic duct fittings.-Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electronic air cleaners, refrigeration systems, boilers, humidifiers, and related equipment.
• Effective communication skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.-3 years of experience in HVAC system troubleshooting and repair (residential and light commercial).
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes, EPA Certifications, and RMGA (preferred but can be attained with training).-Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with service technology and software.-Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record and ability to pass drug screening and background checks.
