Optimize Electric Inc. is seeking a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to spearhead our diverse electrical projects, guiding them from inception to successful completion. This role is perfect for a professional with a robust background in electrical engineering and project management, who excels in using AutoCAD for detailed electrical designs.

All our electricians are licensed or certified, ensuring that they have undergone rigorous training and have the necessary qualifications to handle electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs safely and effectively.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Project Oversight: Manage all phases of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication and efficient project execution.
Design and Planning: Utilize AutoCAD to create and revise detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
Technical Leadership: Offer ongoing technical guidance and support to project teams, enhancing project outcomes.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular project updates and strategic meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and address any concerns.
Financial Management: Effectively control project budgets, allocate resources, and manage timelines to maximize project profitability.

The ideal candidate should possess:

Professional Experience: Substantial experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Journeyman within the industrial electrical services industry.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skill in AutoCAD for electrical design and a thorough understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
Project Management Skills: Exceptional planning, organizational, and project management capabilities.
Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Travel Availability: Ability to travel to projects and work events on occasion across the country.
