Petcosky Companies is looking for a dedicated Sprinkler Fitter Foreman to lead our team in installing and managing fire sprinkler systems. As a foreman, you will ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and adhere to all safety and quality standards. Your leadership will directly impact our mission to provide exceptional customer service and meet our customers' fire protection needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems according to NFPA and engineering guidelines.
- Install, repair, or replace various types of sprinkler systems including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and foam systems.
- Prepare and thread sprinkler pipe, and ensure trucks are stocked with necessary inventory for jobs.
- Manage resources efficiently to complete projects on time while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Supervise and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate inventory and tools for each project, ensuring everything required is on hand.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 5 years' experience proven experience as a Plumber/Pipefitter on Commercial and Industrial projects.
- 1-3 years of field experience in fire sprinkler and backflow systems service.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and pipefitting techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and leading a team.
- Ability to pass a MVR, background, and drug screening.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
- Experience in fire and/or life safety systems.
- Must possess or be willing to attain state Sprinkler and/or Backflow License.
- Proficient knowledge of NFPA codes and ability to implement safety guidelines rigorously.
- Valid driver's license with a record that meets company standards.
- Strong ability to visually inspect, service, and manage sprinkler and backflow systems.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Weekend Work with OT Potential
Work Location:
