Real Estate Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Marketing Assistant, you will provide marketing materials and administrative support to our real estate agents and assist to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Create marketing materials, including creating content for digital and print advertising

- Manage social media accounts and assist with content marketing strategies

- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars

- Coordinate and create marketing materials for open houses

- Conduct market research and assist with property research for clients

- Assist with budgeting and tracking expenses related to marketing campaigns

- Support sales efforts by preparing presentations and sales materials

- Assist with website management and updates

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms
- Familiarity with performance marketing techniques
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
