CORE Foodservice has a Director of NonCommercial opportunity in our MidWest Division! Candidate can reside in the following states: Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin.
The Director of Non-Commercial is responsible for leading and managing NonCom sales execution across the division, generating profitable sales growth for CORE, and developing strategies and business plans with our clients in the NonCom segment.
What are We Looking For?
- Foodservice experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 10 years of Sales and Sales Management experience
What do WE do?
- Demonstrate and sell our client partner Food and Non-Food products to restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development of division specific Platinum Partner portfolios and assure that all associates have a complete portfolio.
- Actively manage Team Leads and Sales Associates to guarantee established sales metrics are being met by using our CRM tool.
- Review weekly Sales Team performance and call data to ensure goals are being met.
- Provide feedback and coaching to Sales Team based on weekly reporting.
- Selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, and counseling of team members in your Market
- Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; enforcing policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and ensure that sales resources are accurately aligned to the requirements of the business. (Distributor dedication, street resources, non-commercial dedicated team, etc.)
- Manage local distribution relationships in coordination with Team Leads within the Market.
Qualifications
- Understanding and working knowledge of CRM
- Working knowledge of the non-com focus segments (C&U, HC, B&I, Lodging, and S&E)
- Working knowledge of non-com contracts with a focus on our client’s contracts and categories
- Ability to translate industry trends and insights into tangible sales
- Professional, positive, and persuasive demeanor
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
