JOB SUMMARY: As a Country Club of Mobile Team Member, you must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. Our members and guests expect the best. As a CCM Team Member you play a major role in providing the best quality service possible. “Service with a Smile” is a key element in providing a positive experience. Supervises other housemen and housekeeping staff in the absence of the Housekeeping Director and acts as the Assistant Director of Housekeeping.
Hours are 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday with the exception of Wednesday when the hours are 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Overtime as necessary. There will be days when the hours are 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. at the latest in order to set up for special larger member functions such as wedding receptions, etc.
Also performs regular houseman duties: Keep all Club facilities in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as dusting all furniture, and fixtures, cleaning/vacuum floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Clean rooms and bathrooms in whatever building your supervisor directs you to do. Lifting tables, chairs, dance floor, stages and all equipment required for a special function.
