Creative Coordinator

Summary:  

The Creative Coordinator is a friendly, service-oriented individual on the Creative Team who will travel to campuses to capture high-quality pictures, portraits, and scenes. Support the creation of graphics and videos from vision and ideation to completion for church-wide events, Cove Students, etc. All of this is to lead and live out our mission as a church to Introduce our friends to Jesus, Learn to follow Him, and celebrate His Presence in our lives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carrying the vision, ideation, and development of Creative Arts at The Cove through graphic design and photography.
• Utilize project management skills to own project timelines for the Creative Team.
• Able to think through an expansive scope, plan both operationally and relationally.
• Have a passion to help create and capture moments that inspire and engage guests.
• Graphic support for message series and events from concept to final creation; striving to keep The Cove Church relevant to the emerging culture.
• Recruit, train, and develop Creative Team Members.
• Videography support as needed by Creative Team.
• Assist with building a collaborative culture with campus staff and leadership.
• Enjoy working with people and providing a fun, engaging experience within the Creative Arts Team.
• Execute projects that fall under the scope of the Creative Team.
• Build, Develop and Lead Volunteer Teams that produce quality graphic designs and photography.
• Able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• To help create social media copy using graphics, photos, videos, written content and edits.
• Weekly Time Allocation (40 hours): Weekend Service - 20%, Meetings - 10%, Training/Development - 40%, Relational Equity - 30%

Personal Responsibilities

• Live a life worthy of the calling as taught in Ephesians 4.
• Live the Mission of The Cove Church, Values, and 5 Habits.
• Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of The Cove Church employees, as defined by The Ministry Policy Manual and Staff Handbook.
• Faithfully tithing consistently at least 10% of all personal income to God’s work through The Cove Church.
