Your Mission:
As our Bid Coordinator, you'll dive deep into the world of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), leveraging your creativity and strategic insight to identify and pursue opportunities that align perfectly with our agency's strengths. Your role is pivotal in crafting proposals that not only meet the requirements but captivate and convince our potential clients of our unmatched capabilities. Experience in submitting and winning bids is mandatory. Applicants who do not send a sample bid proposal will not be accepted.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Research and Opportunity Identification: Utilizing research tools to uncover RFPs that match our agency's unique selling points. Your strategic approach ensures we focus our efforts where we can shine the brightest.
- Crafting Compelling Proposals: Lead the creation of proposals that tell a compelling story. Utilize your understanding of what makes content engaging to ensure our proposals resonate deeply with our audience, showcasing our creativity and strategic thinking.
- Efficient and Effective Proposal Management: Using management software to oversee the proposal development process from start to finish. Your keen eye for detail and organization ensures each submission is polished and punctual.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with our diverse team of creatives, strategists, and account managers. Your ability to bring people together and streamline efforts is key to crafting proposals that are both innovative and cohesive.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Use tools to meticulously track the outcomes of our proposals, providing insights that will guide our continuous improvement and strategy refinement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or creative agency environment. Your track record should highlight your ability to lead proposal efforts that result in wins.
- A Master Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable. You have the ability to craft messages that inspire and persuade, both internally and in our proposals.
