Restaurant Assistant Manager
We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, positive, and results-orientated team player assistant manager with a successful background managing restaurants or retail. The current position is hourly, but can become salary after probation period. The restaurant group is: Foch (The Bodhi, The Crepe Club, AZ Liquids)
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Follow directions from the Manager on all aspects of Operations to provide direct oversight of day-to-day operations, organize and supervise, including executing companywide shared standards, dining room management, and striving for a genuine guest experience and guest satisfaction.
- Resolving guest complaints or dissatisfaction in a friendly and timely manner.
- Assist the manager with catering orders, processing, organizing, and ensuring that orders are sent out accurately and on time (Can assist in delivering, if preferred)
- Help manager oversee delivery app orders (UberEats, PostMates, GrubHub, ChowNow, etc) and ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Complete opening, mid shift, or closing procedures ensuring all staff checks in and out and provide a brief overview of the shift operations in managers log, including any relevant staffing notes.
- Responsible for timely submissions of petty cash reconciliations, cash tips, payroll errors, missing invoices, expense reimbursements, timecard change forms, new hire packets, and all other administrative work that needs to be completed thoroughly and accurately.
- May assist in inventory
- Oversee kitchen staff, juicers, back of house, and front of house staff.
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for 8 hours at a time.

- Managing: 1 year (Preferred)
