Supervisor

Position Overview

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Client Experience Coordinator Supervisor to our passionate team of tree care professionals.

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, direct, and oversee day-to-day operations of a 4-person client service team.
• Coach, develop, lead, and support direct reports to meet expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with managers, clients, direct reports, and sales representatives.
• Evaluate and provide feedback to direct reports on their performance.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Support the management team in completing tasks and projects on time and within budget.
• Schedule, prepare agendas, and hold regular meetings with direct reports.
• Partner with sales representatives and department heads to improve the client service experience.
• Consistently seek to develop and implement internal and external policies and procedures to enhance client service at Hartney Greymont.
• Handle internal administrative tasks related to human resources and benefits coordination.
• Support the corporate marketing department by executing campaigns.
• Create and develop short and long-term goals and top priorities for the department.
• Conduct annual reviews of direct reports.
• Maintain a consistent growth-based mindset regarding personal leadership skills through coaching, podcasts, books, articles, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 year of experience in customer service supervisor role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
