Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Provide exemplary customer service and demonstrate professionalism and a welcoming demeanor to all owners, tenants, and guests.
Ø Field and respond to incoming calls, emails and texts in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
Ø Warmly greet all owners, tenants and guests who come in-person.
Ø Monitor video feed from security cameras
Ø Manage filing system.
Ø Store and provide shipping packages to owners & guests.
Ø Process sales & rentals from Dawn Store
Ø Record information as needed on spreadsheets & reports.
Ø Assist guests with vehicle registration & payment.
Ø Process/update paperwork, maintain documents, use word processing.
Ø Input data and information into reports/databases
Ø Organize and maintain professional office environment and well-kept clubhouse.
Ø Perform general office duties.
Ø Print, copy, fax, & scan documentation
Ø Facilitate coordination of association meetings and social events.
Ø Manage supply inventory.
