Many of the projects this person would help complete will have a direct impact on our network goals, including lowering readmission rates and improving transitions of care. This is a hybrid position

Requirements

  • 4 years direct Epic build experience
  • Extensive experience working with technology in the ambulatory and population health areas
  • Epic Ambulatory Certification (Required)
  • Clinical Outpatient Care experience (Plus)
  • Healthy Planet Certification (Plus)
