Construction Management Intern/Co-Op

Responsibilities - Project Management: Maintain project records Review, verify and code crew time sheets, tickets and vendor invoices Coordinate with owner in a professional manner as needed Coordinate with Vendors and Subcontractors as needed Coordinate with Management Staff to plan field work activities as needed Review and analyze cost reports and prepare daily flash reports to track cost and production Responsibilities - Estimating: Review and understand contract specifications and drawings Complete takeoffs and quantity analysis Solicit pricing from subcontractors and vendors Help assemble bids for submission to the owner Requirements: Computer Literate using Typical MS Office Package Good communication and organizational skills Valid/Clean Driver's License Must be able to perform minor physical activities, i.e. travel around construction site Benefits: 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Equal Opportunity Employer & Drug Free Environment
