The Devon Condominium is seeking an experienced, skilled maintenance technician to work at the condominium's property in Wilmington, DE. Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience. Applicants must have a general knowledge in electrical, HVAC, appliance repair/installation, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and boilers. A drug test and background check is required.
