We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Dockside Leadership Team! The Dockside Bar & Grill is a waterfront restaurant located on the Erie Canal in North Tonawanda. Open 52 weeks a year, we are a high volume & fast paced WNY guest favorite.

The Front of House Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the day to day operations as they relate to the FOH. This is a full-time management position with significant hands-on, front-line responsibility, while working collaboratively with other management team members to successfully lead the daily operations of our high-volume restaurant.

Experience & Skills:

  • Preferred 4 years serving, including 2 years in managerial position.
  • Ability to lead others and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work as a team player with other managers to provide a seamless experience.
  • Adaptable/flexible – enjoys multi-tasking and possess strong organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to first class hospitality.
  • Proven ability to train and grow team members
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
