Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing or replacing equipment, fixtures, and appliances
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Fabricate or repair items using hand and power tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants and address their maintenance needs
- Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors
- Knowledge of various hand and power tools used in maintenance work
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team of maintenance personnel
