The Property Manager is responsible for being a great team member of this high energy community with 187 units in Odenton, MD. We expect the Property Manager to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while being consistent with the goals & objectives of the company. This individual should maximize the value of the property with systemized operations be creating a profit, having budget awareness and maintaining high occupancy. The Property Manager supervises all site employees and oversees staff compliance with company policies and procedures. Daily activities would include:

- Mentors staff to build an effective team
- Supervises all collection activities
- Communicates with residents on a daily basis
- Codes and improves all invoices
- Meets with contractors/vendors for bids on projects
- Responds and assists with all emergencies at the property
- Dolben University
- NAA Designations, such as CAM
