The Position
We are looking for a detail-focused Wealth Advisory/ Client Service Associate to join our growing team.
The Associate will report to a Senior Wealth Advisor. The Associate’s responsibilities include:
- Researching market trends and assisting with developing investment plans in collaboration with our wealth management team.
- Building and maintaining client base, keeping client plans up-to-date and assist in acquiring new clients on an ongoing basis.
- Assist in analyzing financial information obtained from clients to determine best strategies, products, and services.
- Providing information/ education to clients about the purpose and details of financial products, services, and strategies.
- Completing and submitting investment-related documents, including applications and withdrawal forms.
- Compiling customized investment presentations for potential and existing clients.
- Coordinating client reviews including portfolio; insurance and client service requests and attend to client correspondence.
- Performing daily administrative tasks, i.e., responding to client emails and requests.
Specifics
- Degree in finance, business or accounting preferred.
- Series 66 licensed is preferred but not required.
- CFP, CFA, or other related credentials advantageous.
- Team player who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident and diligent.
- Ability to grasp and interpret complex financial and investment related information.
- Knowledge of financial investment, tax, and financial planning a plus.
- Strong analytical and math skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
- Knowledge of systems at Fidelity, Charles Schwab and Advyzon.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
