Never Work a Sunday!! We are closed on Sundays in order to allow our staff a weekend day to relax and enjoy.

Responsibilities

• The purpose of this position is to provide an experience of excellence for our guests by making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed, and guide guests through their dining experience by recommending, selling and serving food and drinks

• Knowledge of extensive food, beverage and cocktail menus, along with all ingredients

• Must pass periodical testing for food and beverage knowledge

• Welcome and greet guests

• Inform guests of specials and menu changes, and inquire about any allergies

• Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services

• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy

• Properly pace guest's dining experience by reading the table, guiding them through food and beverage selections, hitting all points of service, taking food and beverage orders, and entering orders in our point-of-sale system

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter

• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required

• Maintain clean service areas

• Be organized, proactive, responsive and efficient to ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and prepare final bill, present check to guest, accept payment, process credit card charges and/or make changes (if necessary)

• Be ready and willing to be a team player, and assist fellow co-workers as situations arise

• Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return

• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

• Other duties may be assigned
