Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis to assist in case preparation and strategy development
- Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, briefs, motions, and settlement agreements
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient communication and caseload management
- Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding employment law matters
- Conduct client interviews and prepare clients for depositions and hearings
- Assist in developing and presenting training programs on employment law topics for clients and staff
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the state bar association
- At least [X] years of experience practicing employment law
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong oral advocacy skills and experience in courtroom litigation
