BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

Day and Swing: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Overnight: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Hours:

ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Job description

Job Summary include but are not limited to the following:

We are looking for an Evening and Overnight Behavioral Health Technician for our sober living community. Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, over seeing daily chores, an ability to identify when clients may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, random drug screening of clients, observe and report positive as well as any negative behavior in daily shift logs etc.

Qualifications and Skills include but are not limited to following:

Technician must be able to manage and motivate a groups. Technician must be willing to be active in the day to day needs and duties of the house and those assigned to the tenants. Technician must be technology proficient.

Requirements

  • 1 yr. sobriety
  • Some prior experience in the drug and alcohol treatment field required.
  • Valid California Drivers License.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Negative TB test results within past year.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
