Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, guests, and residents
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Coordinate projects and tasks as assigned by Business Office Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- File and maintain records in an organized manner
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, speaking English Fluently
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
This position requires a professional and friendly demeanor, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills.
