The Assistant Operations Manager will provide support and oversight for the operational departments within the hotel. Responsibilities for this role will focus on the Food & Beverage Outlets, but may also have oversight and support of other operational departments such as Banquets/Event Services, Front Desk, Guest Services, and Housekeeping/Laundry. The Assistant Operations Manager would be responsible for overall guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, as well as scheduling & payroll. Other responsibilities will include running of the shift in the department head’s absence.
