Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in finance and accounting.
Or
Bachelor's degree, completion of the Financial Management Training Program (FMT), and one year of experience in finance and accounting.

Major Duties
Assists with process analysis and improvements.
Assists with updating policies and procedures. May answer difficult customer correspondence, hardship, and settlement requests.
Handles day-to-day system issues.
Compiles statistical reports. May provide help to collections staff regarding difficult phone calls and correspondence.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Must reside in Dallas Ft. Worth area
Position is telework but requires regular work from the Dallas Headquarters office location
