Service Advisor

The Faricy Boys Chrysler Jeep in Colorado Springs, Colorado is currently looking for a qualified Automotive Service Advisor to help serve our customers at our growing store. A lot of dealerships ask for integrity from their employees, we live it from the dealer principal down.

The Service Advisoris responsible for scheduling service work in the service department and for selling additional needed service to customers and is the dealership's first-line customer-relations and service representative.

Responsibilities and Duties

Specific duties for the Automotive Service Advisor include:

· Schedules service appointments.

· Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains information.

· Document customer concerns.

· Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.

· Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.

· Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.

· Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.

Specific qualifications for the Automotive Service Advisor position include:

· Out-going personality with experience at developing relationships

· Can work in a fast pace environment and are organized and can manage your time

· Must have valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record

This is a Commission-based position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
