### Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Restaurant Staff to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

### Responsibilities:

- Assist in general restaurant operations

- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service is provided to customers

- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment

- Collaborate with staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests

- Coach staff members to ensure excellent customer service through adhering to company policies and procedures

- Understand and comply to all health and safety regulations

### Experience:

- Previous experience in the Food Service Industry is a must

- ServSafe Certification not mandatory, but preferred

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management is a plus

- Familiarity with a variety of food and beverage production equipment is desirable

- Strong understanding of the food industry and hospitality management principles

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
