COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Hourly compensation depends on experience
After a 90-day probation period, the employee is entitled to the following:

20% Discount in the village, excluding alcoholic beverages

Job description
Must know different techniques and must understand how each ingredient affects the dough, keeping up to date with changes in the industry. Bakers are responsible for keeping ingredients fresh and tailoring recipes to the taste and preferences of our various food outlets
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter, following recipes.
Place dough in pans, moulds, or on sheets and bake in oven. Observe products while cooking and adjust controls.
Use a variety of kitchen tools, including electric mixers, pans, rolling pins, and cutting tools.
Monitor baking process to identify needed adjustments.
Handle and move ingredients, tools, and cooking pans.
Control mixing processes and oven controls.
Implement products by following recipes or creating new ones.
Package products for storage or delivery using proper labelling and respect for product quality.
May develop new recipes.
Ensuring all coolers and storage areas are maintained, neat, organized, and rotated
Maintaining highest sanitary conditions
Ensuring all work areas are safe & reporting any unsafe conditions
Other duties as assigned

Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs.
